§ 91.40 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of the subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "CITY." The City of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
   "PERSON." Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company, or an organization of any kind.
   "STREET SUPERINTENDENT." The City Street Superintendent (or other official authorized to issue the permit granted hereunder) of the city.
