§ 90.31 ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN IF DOG IS DETERMINED TO BE POTENTIALLY VICIOUS OR VICIOUS.
   (A)   If the Animal Control Officer determines that a dog is potentially vicious, the owner shall comply with the provisions of § 90.32(A) and any other special security or care requirements established by the Animal Control Officer unless and until such provisions and requirements are superseded by order of the District Court.
   (B)   If the Animal Control Officer determines that a dog is vicious, the owner shall comply with the provisions of § 90.32(B) and any other special security or care requirements established by the Animal Control Officer unless and until such provisions and requirements are superseded by order of the District Court.
   (C)   The Animal Control Officer may impound a potentially vicious or vicious dog until its owner has satisfied all applicable requirements of § 90.32, which shall be met within fifteen (15) days of impoundment. If after fifteen (15) days, the owner has not satisfied all applicable requirements of § 90.32, the animal may be humanely destroyed on the sixteenth (16th) day and its owner shall be liable for costs and expenses incurred to impound the dog and to destroy the dog.
