§ 90.26 ANIMAL CONTROL DURING FESTIVALS AND OTHER PUBLIC GATHERINGS.
   (A)   The Mayor may from time to time prohibit animals, including animals on leashes, from certain areas of the city where festivals or public gatherings are to be held. The prohibition shall be temporary for the duration of the festival or public gathering and shall exclude animals which are directly involved in the festival or public gathering and animals such as seeing-eye dogs which assist persons with disabilities.
   (B)   The prohibition shall apply to a specified geographical area and visible signs shall be posted in at least four (4) places near the entrances to the festival or public gathering stating the prohibition, its duration, and the geographical area to which it applies.
