CHAPTER 74: TRAFFIC SCHEDULES

   II.   One-way streets
SCHEDULE I: SPEED LIMITS.
   No operator of a motor vehicle of any description who shall be operating upon the streets and highways hereinafter named shall operate such vehicle at a greater speed than is reasonable and prudent, having regard for the traffic, conditions, and use of such streets and highways and in no event at a greater speed either day or night than herein provided for the speed zones as herein set up and established on such streets and highways. Such speed zones on such streets and highways and the maximum speed of travel in each such zone are as follows:
   (A)   35 MPH, all traffic.
      (1)   On U.S. 127 Business, or Main Street, from north city limits to 300 feet north of Woodford Avenue.
      (2)   On U.S. 127 Business, or Main Street, from south city limits to Bush Avenue.
      (3)   On U.S. 62, or Woodford Avenue, from the east city limits to the Southern Railroad crossing.
      (4)   On U.S. 62, or Broadway, from Main Street to the west city limits.
   (B)   25 MPH, all traffic.
      (1)   On U.S. 62, and U.S. 127 Business or Main Street, from Bush Avenue to 300 feet north of Woodford Avenue.
      (2)   On U.S. 62, or Woodford Avenue, from Main Street to the Southern Railroad crossing.
      (3)   On all other streets not mentioned above.

SCHEDULE II: ONE-WAY STREETS.
   (A)   The following streets are designated as one-way streets with the flow of vehicular traffic to be routed as designated:
      (1) Posey Street shall be one-way from North Main Street to East Woodford Street;
      (2) West Jackson Street shall be one-way from Main Street to West Alley;
      (3) East Jackson Street shall be one-way east from Main Street to College Street;
      (4) Court Place shall be one-way east from Main Street to College Street.
   (B) All other streets shall be two-way streets.
