Violators of the parking provisions set forth in this chapter shall pay the sum of $5 to the Chief of Police, or his designee, within 72 hours after the date of the citation for such violation. Thereafter the fine for such violation shall be $25 or the charge may be referred to the Court of Justice, Anderson District Court, for judicial determination.
