§ 71.29 SOUNDING OF BELL OR HORN.
   No person or corporation shall run or operate or cause to be run or operated any railroad locomotive engine, car, or train across any public highway or street in the city at a greater rate of speed than 35 miles per hour; nor shall any person or corporation run or operate or cause to be run or operated any such engine in or through the city unless same is equipped with a bell or horn of ordinary size which shall be sounded continuously while such engine is in motion.
