Should any part of this chapter conflict or be inconsistent with the Lawrenceburg-Anderson County Subdivision Regulations (August 1975) or state law, the most restrictive or highest standards shall apply. Should there be a discrepancy between this chapter and any other and/or if anyone requests in writing a variance and/or waiver of this chapter it shall be decided upon by a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of the entire Council of the city.
