§ 52.01 INTENT AND PURPOSE.
   This chapter is adopted in order that the minimum design and standards of road and/or street construction shall be upgraded to assure less budgetary expenditures for the future maintenance of same and also to provide for better, safer and more secure transportation means for the public, all for the safety and welfare of the public.
