The city shall maintain a master file of customers, owners, and locations of cross connections and shall maintain copies of all correspondence, inspection reports, notices, and orders issued pursuant to this subchapter. The Public Works Director shall make such reports to the City Council concerning the operation of the cross-connection and backflow connection program as it shall from time to time request.
