(A) The Anderson County Drug Intervention Commission shall be funded by such appropriations as the County Fiscal Court and the City Council shall from time to time make for that purpose. The Commission shall also be empowered to solicit and receive donations from other sources, enter contracts, apply for and receive grants, and receive such restitution payments as may from time to time be ordered paid to it by the courts of the state having jurisdiction in the county.
(B) All funds received by the County Drug Intervention Commission shall be held in the County Drug Intervention Fund which shall be maintained in an account or accounts which are separate and unique from all other funds and revenues of either the Fiscal Court the county or the city. The Anderson County Drug Intervention Fund shall be used solely for the purposes of the County Drug Intervention Commission as set forth above.
