§ 39.26 MEMBERSHIP OF THE COMMISSION.

   The following persons or their designee shall constitute the Commission:

   (A)   County Judge/Executive of Anderson County;

   (B)   Anderson County Sheriff;

   (C)   Anderson County Attorney;

   (D)   Anderson Circuit Clerk;

   (E)   Mayor of the city;

   (F)   Chief of the Police Department; and

   (G)   City Attorney or Counsel of the city.
