(A) A final order of the Board may be appealed to the Anderson District Court within thirty (30) days of the date upon which the order was issued. The appeal shall be initiated by filing a complaint and a copy of the Board’s final order in the same manner as a civil action under the Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure. The Board shall be named as a party. A judgment of the Anderson District Court may be appealed to the Anderson Circuit Court in accordance with the Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure.
(B) If a final order of the Board is not appealed within thirty (30) days of the date upon which it is issued, it shall be deemed final for all purposes.
