§ 36.44 NONREVERTING ANNEXATION UTILITY IMPROVEMENT FUND.
   (A)   The city shall, and does hereby establish, a cumulative, Nonreverting Annexation Utility Improvement Fund.
   (B)   These funds shall be spent for utility improvements in annexed areas when necessary with the approval of City Council.
   (C)   This fund shall be separate from and independent of the yearly riverboat budget.
   (D)   This fund will be funded primarily by monies received from gaming revenues.
