§ 36.43 NONREVERTING UTILITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.
   (A)   The city shall, and does hereby establish, a cumulative, Nonreverting Utility Capital Improvement Fund.
   (B)   These funds shall be spent for utility improvements when necessary with the approval of City Council.
   (C)   This fund shall be separate from and independent of the yearly riverboat budget.
   (D)   This fund will be funded primarily by monies received from gaming revenues.
