(A) The city shall, and does hereby establish, a cumulative, Nonreverting Redevelopment Fund.
(B) The Lawrenceburg Redevelopment Commission shall prepare a budget to be included with and follow the same procedures as the City of Lawrenceburg's annual budget which includes, but not limited to, approval by the Common Council and reported to the Department of Local Government Finance. These funds shall be spent when necessary with the approval of the Lawrenceburg Redevelopment Commission.
(C) This fund shall be separate from and independent of the yearly riverboat budget.
(D) This fund will be funded primarily by monies received from gaming revenues.
