§ 36.40 NONREVERTING FIRE DEPARTMENT DONATION FUND.
   (A)   The city shall, and does hereby establish, a cumulative Nonreverting Fire Department Donation Fund.
   (B)   These funds shall be spent by the Fire Department by utilizing the purchasing rules set by the Board of Works and Public Safety or with the Board’s approval.
   (C)   This fund shall be separate from and independent of the yearly riverboat budget.
   (D)   This fund will be funded from donations that the Fire Department receives on a yearly basis.
