§ 36.39 REVOLVING LOAN FUND.
   (A)   Fund established. There is hereby re-established the Revolving Loan Fund (RLF), as a separate, nonreverting fund of the city for the purpose of promoting economic development in the city.
   (B)   Program guidelines. That the RLF program guidelines and procedures attached, made a part of and designated as Exhibit A, attached to Ord. 24-2013 and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby confirmed.
