§ 36.38 NONREVERTING REGIONAL ECONOMIC GRANT PROGRAM FUND.
   (A)   The city shall, and does hereby establish, a cumulative, Nonreverting Regional Economic Grant Program Fund.
   (B)   These funds shall be spent when necessary with the approval of City Council.
   (C)   This fund shall be separate from and independent of the yearly riverboat budget.
   (D)   This fund will be funded by monies received from gaming revenues.
