§ 31.054 OTHER POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Clerk-Treasurer shall prepare a monthly report showing the financial status of the city and shall supply a copy of the same to the Mayor and each Council member. The Clerk-Treasurer shall have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by law.
