§ 31.052 OFFICE; HOURS OF OPERATION.
   The office hours of the office of the Clerk-Treasurer shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Wednesdays. The office shall be closed on Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays.
