Connections may be subject to non-scheduled maintenance per the requirements of the water utility. The water utility may require immediate non-scheduled main flushing. In the event that the customer fails to provide an affidavit of flushing to the water utility within 24 hours of a non-scheduled flushing request by the water utility, the water utility may cause the main to be flushed and the customer may be subject to a fee established by "An Ordinance Establishing Fees and Permits for the City of Lawrenceburg," including any amendments to or replacements of such ordinance.
