§ 36.37 LCD LEVEE PROJECT FUND.
   (A)   The city shall, and does hereby establish a LCD Levee Project Fund (300).
   (B)   These funds shall be spent on the LCD Levee Project when necessary and when submitted to the city by the appropriate group.
   (C)   This fund will be funded by a grant for the LCD.
