§ 36.36 EVENT CENTER/HOLLYWOOD FUND.
   (A)   The city shall, and does hereby establish an Event Center/Hollywood Fund (404-001-404).
   (B)   These funds shall be spent when necessary for this project with the approval of City Council.
   (C)   This fund has been funded by Penn Gaming.
