§ 31.020 APPOINTMENT OF VICE-MAYOR.
   (A)   The Mayor of the city shall have the power to appoint an individual to serve as Vice-Mayor of the city.
   (B)   The Vice-Mayor, so appointed, shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor of the city.
