§ 156.63 FAILURE TO CORRECT VIOLATION.
   (A)   If a cited violation is not corrected within the designated time period and the Building Inspector finds that the building is unsafe within the meaning of I.C. 36-7-9-4, the city may file a complaint with the Dearborn County Circuit Court to assess any line provided by this chapter or to seek an injunction as provided by I.C. 36-7-9-18 or any sanction allowed by I.C. 36-7-9-1 through I.C. 36-7-9-28 inclusive.
   (B)   If a cited violation is not corrected within the designated time period and the Building Inspector does not find that the building is unsafe within the meaning of I.C. 36-7-9-4, the city may file a complaint with the Dearborn County Circuit Court to assess any fine provided by this chapter.
