Any person required to vacate an unsafe premises under the emergency sections of this section may challenge the emergency order to vacate in a Circuit or Superior Court of Dearborn County by challenging the Unsafe Hearing Board or its representatives determination that there is an immediate danger to life or safety of any person. The Unsafe Hearing Board shall have the burden of proving that an emergency action is necessary to prevent immediate danger to the life and safety of any person occupying or using nearby property.
