(A) The rates of compensation for city officials are established by ordinance from time to time.
(B) The employer shall make an automobile available for the employee's use. All other fringe benefits and working conditions are in the collective bargaining agreement between the city and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers and Local Union No. 1391.
(C) The salaries shall be paid at least on a semi-monthly basis, but they may be paid upon a more frequent basis at the discretion of the Clerk-Treasurer.
