§ 156.59 FINDING OF UNSAFE HEARING BOARD.
   The finding of the Unsafe Hearing Board shall be in writing and shall be available to the public upon request. However, neither the Building Inspector nor the Unsafe Hearing Board is required to give any person notice of the finding and action other than those persons having a substantial property interest in the effected real estate. At the time of the hearing or at the time of the issuance of the finding of fact by the Unsafe Hearing Board, any person appearing at the hearing shall be advised that they have the right to appeal the decision of the Unsafe Hearing Board to the Circuit or Superior Courts of Dearborn County. They shall be further advised that the appeal must be filed within ten days of the date when the Board issued its finding of fact.
