(A) Notice to the owner and all other holders of a substantial property interest shall be deemed sufficient if the notice is given pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9-25.
(B) The order must allow a sufficient time of at least ten days from the time when the notice of the order is given to accomplish the required action.
