This subgrade shall first be in accordance with INDOT Standard Specifications Section 207, after which a more nearly true elevation and cross-section shall be obtained with approved equipment. Any loose material remaining on the subgrade shall be compacted or removed as may be necessary. The process of checking and correcting shall continue until the subgrade is firm and true.
