2 Maximum grades for pedestrian way shall be 6% unless steps are to be of an acceptable design are to be constructed.

3 All changes in street grades shall be connected by vertical curves of a minimum length equivalent to 15 times the algebraic difference between the rates in grade

4 Measured from an eye level of 3.5 feet to a six inch object

5 The grades shown shall apply for a distance of 50 feet from an intersection with the curb line of another street.

6 A “T” or “Y” shaped turn around shall not be used unless the City Engineer has approved design.

7 Underdrains - Four-inch ADS perforated underdrains with sock shall be installed per the Standard Underdrain Detail drawing, located in the appendix to Exhibit “A” attached to Ordinance 16-2020.
