§ 153.070 STORM WATER PERMIT - IDEM.
   The developer shall obtain a permit from IDEM relating to storm water and present a copy of the same to the city prior to approval of the improvement plan by the city. This permit pertains to Rule Five and/or other pertinent rules issued by IDEM.
