The approval of a final plat by the Plan Commission shall not be deemed to be an acceptance of the dedication of any public street or any other proposed public way of open space shown on the plat. The streets and improvements included therein shall be accepted as public streets and ways under the provisions of Indiana Code. The acceptance shall be endorsed on the plat at the time the approval is given by the Clerk/Treasurer.
