Upon the completion of each and every utility, public or private, the plans for each such system shall be documented "As-Builts" and certified by an engineer or land surveyor registered in the State of Indiana and shall be filed with the City Engineer before the performance bond is released. The documentation shall be both on four mil mylar and in a current Autocad (DOS) or other format approved by the City Engineer.
