§ 151.24 APPEALS.
   The Common Council shall promptly consider appeals from the provisions of this subchapter or from the determinations of the City Engineer, and the Council shall make determinations of alternative methods, standards or materials when, in its opinion, strict compliance with the provisions of this chapter is not necessary.
