§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever shall violate any provision of the chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 150.01 through 150.06 may be subject to a fine in any sum not exceeding $2,500.The assessment of a monetary penalty shall in no way limit the operation of the penalties provided elsewhere in §§ 150.01 through 150.06.
