§ 150.42 ENFORCEMENT AND HEARING AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The Lawrenceburg Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for the administration of the Unsafe Building Law and the Code Enforcement Officer is designated the enforcement authority by the Common Council of the city.
   (B)   The Lawrenceburg City Court Judge is designated as the hearing authority for the Unsafe Building Law.
