§ 130.13 TAMPERING WITH EQUIPMENT OR HYDRANTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, not being then authorized to do so, to tamper with, or open any fire plug or fire hydrant or to tamper with any fire equipment belonging to the city or being used by the city for fire purposes.
