§ 130.09 PUBLIC NUISANCES.
   The following are declared to be public nuisances in addition to any other nuisances defined elsewhere in this code.
   (A)   The sale, or offering for sale, of unwholesome food or drink, or the keeping of a place where such sale or offering is made.
   (B)   The sale, offering for sale or furnishing of intoxicating liquor in violation of the state law, this code or any other ordinances of the city, or the keeping of a place where intoxicating liquor is sold, offered for sale or furnished in violation of the state law, this code or any other ordinances of the city.
   (C)   The keeping of a place where activities in violation of state law, this code or any other ordinances of the city are practiced or carried on.
   (D)   The continued making of loud or unusual noises which annoy persons of ordinary sensibilities, or the keeping of an animal which makes such noises.
   (E)   Any use of a street or sidewalk or a place adjacent thereto which causes crowds of people to gather so as to obstruct traffic on such street or sidewalk, or which otherwise obstructs traffic thereon, except as may be authorized by law, this code or any other ordinances of the city.
   (F)   Any building or structure which is dangerous to the public health or safety because of damage, decay or other condition.
   (G)   Any pit, hole or other thing which is so constructed, formed, conditioned or situated as to endanger the public safety.
   (H)   Any fire or explosion hazard which endangers the public safety.
   (I)   Any property or premises on which are featured exotic dancers, go-go dancers, strippers or similar entertainment which exploits sexual conduct on the basis of its prurient appeal.
   (J)   A business, person or corporation:
      (1)   That knowingly disseminates, disturbs or makes available to the public any obscene material; or
      (2)   That knowingly engages in commerce for commercial gain with materials depicting and describing explicit sexual conduct, nudity or excretion utilizing public displays, circulars, advertisements and other public sales efforts that promote such commerce primarily on the basis of their prurient appeal.
