§ 116.20 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SCRAP METAL PROCESSOR. An establishment having facilities for processing iron, steel or nonferrous scrap and whose principal product is scrap iron and scrap steel or nonferrous scrap for sale.
