§ 115.04 MANNER OF DISTRIBUTION.

Distribution of advertising material shall be made in such a manner as not to create a nuisance, and it shall be unlawful for any person to scatter or deliver any advertising bills or matter upon the streets or alleys of the city or throw the bills into yards of private buildings or along halls or public buildings or elsewhere.
