§ 115.02 POSTING BILLS ON PROPERTY WITHOUT CONSENT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, within the corporate limits of this city, to deface any public place or building or any private dwelling house, building, store, room, barn, shed, fence, patrol or fire alarm box, bridge, telephone, electric light, street railway, telegraph pole, sidewalk or curbing, by posting, pasting, tacking, sticking or nailing thereon any advertising bills, posters or any other written or printed matter, except legal notices provided by law, or in any manner to deface the same without first having obtained the written consent of the owner or agent of such property.
