§ 112.01 ISSUANCE OF LIQUOR RETAILERS' PERMITS.
   The Common Council consents, pursuant to the terms and provisions of I.C. 7.1-3-9, as amended, to the issuance of liquor retailers' permits to applicants, otherwise duly qualified under state law, in respect to premises located within the city.
