(A) Only non-profit organizations are permitted to solicit charitable contributions on the city streets of Lawrenceburg.
(B) Such charitable solicitations shall be permitted only one time per month on Saturdays only from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
(C) Any individual soliciting such charitable contributions must be at least 18 years of age. If any person under the age of 18 years is observed within an intersection, further solicitation at all intersections will be immediately prohibited.
(D) Only the following intersections will be permitted to be used for solicitation of charitable contributions:
(1) Walnut and Tate Streets
(2) Walnut and Center Streets
(3) Second and Front Streets.
(E) This must be approved through the Lawrenceburg Board of Works.
