§ 95.60 EXEMPTIONS.

No section of this subchapter and no regulation made pursuant to § 95.03 in furtherance of the purposes and provisions of this chapter shall be construed to regulate the containers used in the collection of refuse, waste or garbage which containers are regulated by this code or any other applicable ordinances of the city.
