§ 93.05 RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY OF OWNER OF ABANDONED VEHICLE OR PARTS.

   The person who owns an abandoned vehicle or parts is:

   (A)   Responsible for the abandonment; and

   (B)   Liable for all of the costs incidental to the removal and towing, up to $50 per incident, storage up to $20 per day, and disposal of the vehicle or the parts under this chapter.
