§ 92.23 FEE RECOVERY.
   The owner of any domestic animal impounded under this chapter may reclaim such animal from the Dearborn County Animal Shelter upon payment of all fines and penalties as set forth by the Dearborn County Animal Shelter and/or the Lawrenceburg City Court.
