§ 92.20 PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCEMENT.

It shall be the duty of any authorized person of the City of Lawrenceburg or the Dearborn County Animal Control Officer to apprehend and impound any domestic animal in violation of any or all parts of this chapter.
