The City of Lawrenceburg and/or Dearborn County Animal Control Officers shall have the power and authority to seize and impound any animal found running at large within the city limits pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. The City of Lawrenceburg and/or Dearborn County Animal Control Officers shall also have the power and authority to seize and impound any dangerous or vicious animal which is not properly confined in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
