§ 92.06 ANIMALS DISTURBING THE PEACE.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner or person in charge or control of any animal or for any person who has the authority or power to prevent the same, to suffer or permit any such animal by barking, howling, crying, or other distressing or loud or unusual noise to disturb the peace or quiet of any place or neighborhood or family or person in the city. The disturbing of the peace or quiet of any such place or neighborhood or family or person in the city by any such animal is declared to be a nuisance, and it shall be unlawful for any person to suffer or permit any such nuisance to exist. This provision shall not apply to properly zoned and constructed kennels, animal hospitals, and pounds.
